The Cash Desk module is a comprehensive system for managing cash operations in a company. It allows recording income and expense cash documents with full support for approval processes, accounting links, and multi-currency operations. The system automatically calculates cash balance and ensures proper sequential document numbering.

- User permissions

Document Information
- Document number - auto-generated sequential number
- Creation date - document issue date
- Document type - income or expense
- Amount - cash amount in numbers
- Amount in words - cash amount written in words
- Payment purpose - description of income/expense reason
- Recipient/payer - person or company name
- CRM company - link to CRM module record
- Cost center - cost center (optional)
- Currency - payment currency
- Balance - automatically calculated cash desk balance

- Approver - select user to approve document
