The Video Conferences module provides a comprehensive solution for organizing and conducting online video conferences directly within the eIntranet.net system. The module uses the modern MiroTalk SFU (Selective Forwarding Unit) platform, ensuring high video and audio quality with minimal network load.

This module is designed for flexible use in various scenarios - from regular team meetings, client and supplier meetings, to large-scale corporate presentations. The system allows creating permanent virtual rooms that are always available and ready for use.

Access Control and Permissions

Joining Video Conferences

• One-click connection - Internal users just click "Join"
• Automatic name prefill - System uses your full name from profile
• Participant preview - See who is already in conference before joining
• Opens in new window - Conference opens in separate browser tab
• Direct connection - No additional logins or verification needed

Invitations and Scheduling

• Send invitations - Send conference invitations by email and/or SMS
• Schedule time - Set conference date and time in invitation
• Conference description - Add meeting purpose or description
• Select recipients - Invite specific users or entire groups
• Direct link in invitation - Invitation contains direct join link
• Multi-channel notifications - Choose email, SMS, or both

External User Access

• Public links - Generate public links for participants outside your organization
• Password protection - Protect conference with password for external participants
• No registration required - External participants dont need eIntranet.net account
• Language localization - External participants can choose interface language

User Permissions

• 0 - No access: Cannot see module
• 1 - View only: Can view and join rooms they have access to
• 5 - Create rooms: Can create new conference rooms
• 10 - Full management: Can edit and delete any room
