Job Vacancies

Overview

The Job Vacancies module manages job postings and the recruitment process. It enables creating and publishing job offers, receiving and managing applicant CVs, and tracking the hiring process through a fully configurable workflow.

User Rights

  • 0 - No module access
  • 5 - View only (cannot create or edit)
  • 10 - Create, edit, view postings and applicants, change statuses
  • 15 - Full access including deletion

Creating a Job Posting

  1. Click the green + Posting button
  2. Fill in required fields: Name, Display until date, Work address, Employment type, Salary range
  3. Select job categories and benefits
  4. Write short description (max 256 chars) and full description
  5. Add company description
  6. Click Save - posting is automatically published on eijobs.net

Posting Detail

Three tabs are available:

  • Basic Info - All position details with View, Edit, Delete buttons
  • Applicants - List of all applicants with status badges (green=hired, red=rejected, black=in process)
  • History - Complete change audit trail

Managing Applicants

Status Workflow

Default statuses include: Entered, Invited to 1st interview, Passed 1st interview, 1st interview successful, Invited to 2nd interview, Passed 2nd interview, 2nd interview successful, Hired (green), Waiting for our decision, Waiting for candidates decision, Unsuitable candidate (red), Declined offer (red).

Changing Applicant Status

  1. Open applicant detail by clicking their name
  2. Find the Status row and use the dropdown to select new status
  3. Status saves automatically

Internal Notes

Add interview impressions, strengths/weaknesses, interviewer evaluations, references. Notes are internal only - applicants cannot see them.

Adding Applicants Manually

  1. Click + Applicant button in the Applicants tab
  2. Fill in: Last name, First name, Email (required), Phone, Cover letter (optional)
  3. Upload CV (PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF - max 5MB)
  4. Save

Settings

Interview Statuses

Customize the recruitment workflow by adding new statuses with colors (green=positive, red=negative, black=in progress).

Default Templates

Set default posting text and company description that auto-fill when creating new postings.

Export and Reporting

  • Export posting list to Excel
  • Print posting overview
  • Configure visible columns
  • Filter by active/all postings
